Anthony Dawayne Mize, Sr.

Anthony Mize Sr. 55, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on April 13, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer with family and friends by his side. Anthony was predeceased by his wife Shannon Mize, brother Malik Mize and sister-in-law Rhonda Mize. Survived by the mother of his children Lalita Lenn, brother Chandler Brown and sister-in-law Kimberly Brown; children Antoinette Mize, Anthony Mize, Alesia Mize, J’uan Moreland; grandchildren Mack, Markallen, Ma’ckyla, James, Joseph, D’luana, D’lorres; his nieces Isis, Malia, Venus, Iras, Chanasia; and nephews Reshawn, Chandler, and Malik; and his best friends/brother’s Leonard Lenn, Chuck Jefferies, Juan Webster, Dino Webster and Randy Ross; and the Williams and Redd/Reed family. Anthony Mize Sr. will always be remembered for his family spirit and outspoken personality. We’ll always imagine hearing him saying “Hey… Big Head” and “Get Er Done” one more time. Anthony will be truly missed every day! Anthony and Malik owned and operated the “M&M Modeling Construction” company. Anthony was a hardworking man who loved and strongly cared for his family. The Mize family will host a repast on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at North Broadway Park located at 460 N.
