Curtis L. Johnson Sr., age 59, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away Friday January 2, 2026 . Proud graduate of Belmont High School , Class of 1984

Curtis was a loving husband ,father, brother , and doting grandfather. He truly loved family and enjoyed spending time with them at family gatherings. Curtis loved fishing, sports, and the Chicago Bears .

He was preceded in death by Parents Samuel L. Johnson and Annie M. Johnson.

 brothers Robert ‘Bobby’ Shaw and Samuel ‘Jerome’ Johnson Sr. Sisters Irene ‘Jeanie’ Stevens, Ollie ‘Yvonne’ Johnson , Carmen Johnson, Elevena ‘Anita’ Caldwell, niece Qiana Adkins-Lloyd, nephews Charles ‘Lil Ju’ Martin , Robert M.Shaw Jr., Boyd C. Adkins IV. 

Curtis leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Curtis is Survived by his  devoted wife Bridgeana Davis-Johnson, daughter Jamilla Davis, sons Antione (Uniqua) Wilson, Curtis (Keia) Johnson, Chris (Karlisa) Johnson , DaiSean Davis , Corwyn Johnson 

14 loving grandchildren that loved him dearly.

In-laws Louise H. Davis & Johnnie J. Davis . Sisters Della Shaw, Tammy Adkins, Dora Johnson, Annie (Robert)Lee, Devoted Cousin Laymon McLarty, host of nieces and nephews he loved dearly and other family members, lifetime close family friends Mr. Mosby other brothers Chuck and Juan Mosby.
