David Eugene Rayford

David Eugene Rayford passed peacefully on Thursday, August 18, 2022. He was born on September 20, 1976 to parents Richard E. Rayford, Jr and Lorine Rayford. David was kind, loyal, a giver, funny and he loved hard.  He graduated from Patterson Co-Op in 1995. He married Dawnika Rayford on April 23, 2004. David also loved God and had a heart of a servant. He was a faithful member of New Destiny Ministries in Dayton, OH for more than 20 years where he served under the late Bishop Alfred Ringer. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Thigpen and Tilly McCurdy. He is survived by his wife Dawnika and step son, Maleek Hugee. His aunts, Florine Ladipo of Dayton, OH and Corine (Kevin) Cockrell of Hughesville, MD  and their children. His sisters, Crystal Rayford, Tilena Rayford and her children Lariah Daniel and Myah Rayford, and his brothers Richard “Ricky” Rayford III (Sue Rayford, wife and children), and Curtis Rayford (and his children). His friend/brother A.K. Day and best friend Andre Smith. He also leaves behind a host of other family, friends and a special friend as well. In our hearts, his memory will live on
