Gwendolyn Ford

Gwendolyn Minfrances Ford, 56, was born on October 2. 1966 to Loretta and Johnny Lee Ford, Sr. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gwendolyn, affectionately known as Lady, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday October 5, 2022. She was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her parents, father Johnny Lee Ford, Sr., mother and step father Loretta and Patrick Patton, paternal grandparents Ellis and Minnie (Cable) Burress, maternal grandparents Woodford and Frances Saunders, brother Johnny Lee Ford, Jr., aunts Teresa Moody and Rosalynn Burress, Cousin Brenda Cable and nephew John Wilson. Gwendolyn leaves to cherish her memory sisters: NaVaughna Wilson, Sheila Ford, Yolanda Dawson, and Paula Dawson aunts Vinder (Lawrence) Ellis, Niecker Burress, Norvonor Raglin, Youlanda Burress and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Memorial services 1pm Friday October 21, 2022 at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church-West 1720 Linnbrook Dr. Dayton, Ohio. Visitation is one hour prior to service.
