Jackie Ray Whiteman

Jackie "Jack" Whiteman, 65, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on June 11, 2023. He was born on November 24, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late John and Edna Whiteman. Jack graduated from Stebbins High School in 1976. Jack was a fun-loving man who always had a joke to tell. He had a passion for fishing, hunting, and spending time with his loved ones. Jack was especially fond of his family and enjoyed spending time with his wife, Char. He loved his daily phone calls with his cousin Don Cochran, who always called during Gunsmoke to let him know that it was a rerun. In addition to his son Kyle Whiteman he also had three bonus children, Jessica Spears, Gage Stephens, and Tess Stephens, and 8 grandchildren who were dear to his heart. Jack's sisters, Debbie Whiteman and Donna Guy, also survive him. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his brothers, Norman Whiteman, Dale Angel and cousin, Jimmy Jaynes.
Jack will be remembered for his silly ways and his love for family, especially his grandkids. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
There will be a celebration of Jacks life at the Cape Lounge, Saturday July 1st at 1:00 PM
