James E Martin

Mr. James E. Martin, lovely known as 21Lbs entered into this life on March 4, 1939 in Dothan, Alabama. The son of Bennie J. Martin and Carrie B. He attended Dayton Public School, was a member of Corinthian Baptist Church, worked at Wright Patterson for approximately 10 years  and retired from Wendy’s after 20 years service. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Allie Renee Banks; and brother-in-law, Norman Banks. He leaves to cherish his memories two nieces, Karen Chancellor, of Dayton, OH and Candance Banks of Hamilton, OH; nephew, Robbie (Sharon) Weatherspoon; two elder aunts, Mary Adams and Nancy Wyatt; along with many other nieces, nephews other family and many friends. Funeral Services 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Pryor Funeral Home. 2520 Shiloh Springs Road, with Ministers Vincent Peppers and Panitra Drain, officiating. Visitation one hour prior. Interment: Woodland Cemetery
