Jeffrey Jerome Starks

Jeffrey Starks, age 62, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away on October 7, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents and his brother, Carlton Starks. Jeffrey’s life was marked by quiet strength, kindness, and a warm spirit that touched all who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted brothers, Walter Starks and Howard Starks, and his beloved sister, Cathy McDowell. He will also be fondly remembered by his dear friend, Matthew Meriweather, along with a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends who will miss him deeply.

Please note that there will be no formal services. Final disposition will be by cremation.

Jeffrey will be remembered for his gentle nature, enduring loyalty, and the love he shared with family and friends throughout his life. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
