Keisha La'Kia Boykin

Keisha La'Kia White Boykin, age 46, of Dayton, Ohio was called home to be with the Lord on January 26, 2022, Keisha graduated from Patterson High School and went on to serve humanity by being a caregiver in the nursing field. She loved to cook and devoted her time to her grandkids, family and friends. Keisha made sure everybody was good one way or another; she was the type that would give you her last....and then some. She was very fierce! She would move out of Dayton in a minute...and come right back months later. Dayton was her home, and she just loved to travel - that's all. Keisha had been ill a lot of her adult life, but with God's grace she gave us a beautiful 46 years of her life. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene and Mary Gist; parents Larry and Diane Hargrove; stepfather Sermon Selmon; and her beloved son, Darren Cornelius Boykin, Jr. Keisha leaves to cherish her memory, her stepmother, Eloise Hargrove; sons, DeShawn Davis, Darrell White, Jr; son-nephew, Davion White; daughter-niece, Diamond White; daughter-cousin, La-Shawnda Alexander; brothers, Darrell and Eugen White; sisters, Tyneekia Elder, Dionne Fambro-Strickland, Candace Bird, Tillie Watkins-Edmondson; grandchildren, Aniya Boykin, Neveah Person, Deniyah White, Da'ron White, Da'Moni White, D'Aijah White, Damiyha Snowden, Amaiyha Snowden; special aunts, Denise Brantley (Clifford) and Sherry Johnson; special cousins, Rico Brooks (Charmaine), Fred Conner (Kenyatta), Regina Edwards (De'Juan), Katisha Postell (Brian), Djnika Reece, Ebony Tuck; special friends, Jennifer Coleman, Theresa Jones, Paula Mitchell, Kathy Noble and Lavita North; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
