Kovay Nicole Pooler

Kovay Nicole Head Pooler affectionately called “KoKo” age 22, was born March 30, 2001 to Jerita R. Pooler and Charles L. Head, Sr. in Dayton, Ohio. She was called home on August 19, 2023.  Kovay was the only girl of four siblings and loved the Lord. She graduated from Pointz High School and was currently attending Ross College for her Medical Assistant degree which she always was a straight A student. She was an outstanding lovable person that enjoyed reading. She loved her family and always kept people laughing. Kovay was a Fashionista that loved to smile and never met a stranger.  She was a person that would give you her last and not question any return. She had a caring, loving, happy, positive forgiving spirit.  She was a member of Abundant Life Church where she was baptized in 2015 and was a praise dancer.     On January 6, 2023, Kovay gave birth to her beautiful son Kaison Elisha Lee Pooler. Kovay’s life elevated when her son was born, and she was so happy to be a mother. Kovay is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Jerry Pooler, paternal grandfather Hollie Story, and grandmother Julia Head.  Kovay leaves to cherish her memory her mother Jerita Pooler and father Charles Head, Sr. grandmother Jackie Oliver Jones. Her beautiful son Kaison Elisha Lee Pooler. brothers Kayin Pooler, Kyron Pooler, and Charles Head, Jr. uncles Devin Pooler, Bradley Pooler (Deirdre), Anthony Head, Barry Head and Billy Head. aunt Snobia Head, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
