Malcolm (Mook) Alexander Willis departed this life on November 5, 2021.
Malcolm was born December 20,1999 to Victoria L. Bristow and Sherrick T. Willis, Sr.
Malcolm was a devoted father, brother, son, uncle, cousin, and friend. He enjoyed life to the fullest and was always somewhere dancing and/or smiling.
He is predeceased by his grandfather’s Willie Willis and Chester Holland, Sr, his cousin Sarah Thomas, and best friend Timmy (Hollywood).
He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother Victoria Bristow of Dayton, OH and his father Sherrick T. Willis, of Columbus, Ohio. His loving daughter Makrya Willis and beloved son Marcel Willis. His brother Sherrick T. Willis, II and Austin (Caitlyn) Bristow; his sisters Monika Willis and Tanika (Kwasi) Holder. He maternal grandparents: Grams Alice Kirk of Piqua and Kenny (Keeley) Brislow. His paternal grandmother: Lucy Holland and great-grandfather Walter Kirk. His nephews Aaron, Jeremiah, and Austin Jr. and nieces Imani, Nia-Symone, True, Daisy, and Kimaya. Uncles Willie Willis and Corey Willis of Griffin, Chip Bristow, and Aunts Tammie Kirk of Piqua, OH, and Michelle Willis of Griffin, GA and close cousin Tiffany Compton. His best friends Brooke and Tavon.
We will always remember his favorite sayings – “Za-Za”, “Loca Big Loca”, “Rip my right-hand man-Kevin”, “Where my baby Ky-Ky?” and “Marcel, my world is peaceful when I’m with you.”
I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing (II Timothy 4:7,8).
