Mary Genean Beckham

Mary G. Beckham, age 58, of Dayton, Ohio, entered eternal rest on September 26, 2025. She was born on January 23, 1967, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Belinda Williams and Johnny Beckham.

Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Belinda; father, Johnny; stepfather, Earl; her beloved aunt, Gwendolyn Waller -Sims, her special cousin, Derrick Waller, and her beloved companion, Jada. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will forever be cherished by her family. She is survived by her sons, Christopher Beckham, Ca’Ron Beckham (Tomi), Ca’Von Beckham, and bonus son, Daniel Lara; her cherished grandchildren, Isaiah, Amiyah, Chanise, Braxton, Mila, Kobin, Loyalty, Lovelyn, and Laylah; her longtime partner and dear friend, Michael Page; her siblings, Dale Beckham, James Beckham, Charita Brown, and Kamika Green; along with many nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends who will continue to honor her memory.

Mary lived her life with warmth, humor, and creativity. She had a gift for bringing ideas to life through her love of DIY projects, and she enjoyed baking, shopping, and sharing meals with her sisters. She found joy in simple pleasures—late-night phone calls, leisurely mornings, and laughter that could fill a room. Her radiant smile and playful sense of humor were her trademarks, and she had a way of making everyone around her feel lighter. Above all, Mary was most proud of her children and grandchildren, who were the center of her world.

A woman of faith, Mary was God-fearing and found peace in listening to music that lifted her spirit. She was a beautiful soul—inside and out—whose love, laughter, and light will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 11, at 12:00 p.m. at All Nations Fellowship Bible Church, 3805 Kings Hwy, Dayton, Ohio 45406.
