Pamela Fowler, age 71, passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2025, following a brief illness. She was born on September 12, 1953, in Connecticut, the eleventh child of the late Charles V. Clark, Sr. and Dorothy (née Savage). Raised in Dayton, Pam graduated from Julianne High School in 1971 and later earned her nursing degree from Sinclair College.
A devoted and lifelong caregiver, Pam touched the lives of countless patients across all ages with compassion and dedication. She was also a loving and supportive sister, mother, and grandmother. Her favorite pastimes included lively card games and cheering for the Cincinnati Reds and the Dayton Flyers.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers: Robert, Charles, Barry, David, Jerome, Paul, Richard, and Timothy Clark; and two sisters: Mary Lou Mort and Rebecca Clark. She is survived by her beloved son, Adam Clark; cherished grandchildren, Gabe and Arabella Clark; siblings Suzanne Yoder of Florida, Debby Clark, Francis (Jill) Clark, and Anastasia Clark, all of Dayton; sisters-in-law Cindy Clark of California and Nympha Clark of Dayton; along with a host of dear nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In keeping with her wishes, no formal service will be held. The family deeply appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this time. Condolences may be sent to 2701 Ferncliff Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
