Paul Andrew Smith, 58, from Dayton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023. He was born April 21, 1964, to Paul A Smith, Sr. and Julie Alice Shain in Dayton, Ohio. He served in United States Army as a medic during the Gulf War and worked as an independent truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his bride of 10 years, Jena Miller Smith; sons, Paul III and Nathaniel; daughters, Jessica and Elizabeth; 4 grandchildren; brother Ben; sisters Marcella and Cher.
A private celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
