Tommy Lee Flucas SR

Tommy Lee Flucas Sr, 72, of Dayton, OH, peacefully passed away on October 22, 2024.

He was born on October 22, 1952, in Dayton, Ohio to David Sr and Willie Mae Flucas. Tommy was a graduate of Dunbar High School. He was a veteran of the U.S Navy, a truck driver, a mentor and sponsor who spent his time helping others. He enjoyed cooking, spending time with his family and friends, cheering on the Bengals, and doing everything he loves with the people he loves.

He is preceded in death by his father David Flucas Sr, Mother Willie Mae Flucas, brother Kenny Flucas, son Tommy “TJ” Flucas, life partner Debra McGary, niece Markea Flucas, and great granddaughter Le’Niy Johnson.

He is cherished in memory by his stepmother Rosa Flucas, sister Kay Watson, brother David Flucas Jr, son Kendall (Swayla) Flucas, daughters Shalesha Flucas and Roberta McGary, grandchildren Danesha Johnson, Brittney (Lashanda) Johnson-Jones, Breiona (Rickey) Johnson, Meleah Flucas, Whitney, Carlos, Shawniece, and Shawnda McGary, 10 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Tommy’s personality brought warmth and joy to everyone he encountered, and his passing will be mourned deeply by everyone who knew and loved him.
