Valerie M. Perry-Kennedy

            Our dear mother, daughter and grandmother Valerie Perry-Kennedy passed away on August 19, 2023 in Dayton, Ohio at the age of 58. She was preceded in death by grandmother, Wanda Boone; grandfather, Lawrence Perry; uncles, Joseph and Lawrence Perry; aunt, Lauren Yates. She is survived by daughter, Oluchi Unakalamba; son, Markus Perry; grandsons, Aaden Fletcher and Jason Jones Jr; mother, Donee Aslam; aunts, Sharon Perry and Joyce Robinson; uncle, Robert Perry; in addition to cousins and many friends. Valerie had a passion for caring for children, and she dedicated her life to creating a positive impact in people's lives. Valerie was a vibrant, fun, and inspirational woman who was always unapologetically herself, and she will truly be missed.
