HARDING SR., Xavi`er Alden Nicius affectionately known as “Zae Zae” age 45 of Dayton, Ohio was called to eternal rest on May 23, 2020. Born October 26, 1974 in Xenia, Ohio to David Lee and Carolyn F. Harding. He attended Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. He was employed at Electro Polish Co. for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing and his favorite sport teams were the Detroit Lions and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Xavi`er was preceded in death by his Maternal Great- grandparents; Richmond and Estelle Payton, Maternal grandparents; Henry and Ruth Etta Ely, Paternal grandparents; Joe and Jesse Harding, uncle Henry Ely Jr., cousin Mark Smith, and special friend Rocky.
Xavi`er leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate life his loving mother Carolyn Harding, father David Lee Harding, sisters; Tamara Harding, Sultra Harding, Norma jean Harding, Regina Harding, and Sherrell Harding. Uncles; Rev. Shy Quon Ely (Marie) and Melvin Ely (Rochelle). Aunts; Henrietta Robinson, Barbara Lynch, Patty Peacock, Maryann (Gabby) Faulkner. Children; Xavier Jr., Trinity (Tasha) and Jalen Harding. Special cousins and friends; Demetrius and Carlton Smith, Melvin Lewis, Tiffany Ash-Junes, Willie Casey, William McKinney, Derrick Smith, Dion Johnson, Donte and Maurice Harding, Nikki Harding, Brian Harding, Damon Harding, Allen Harding, Antonio Harding, and Tisha Harding. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Going home celebration will be Tuesday June 2, 2020 at 11a.m. Viewing will begin at 10a.m. at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 1501 W. Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45402.
